Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise provided in this section.

You can use the Subscription until the end of your current Subscription period if you choose to cancel your Subscription during a Subscription period, but will not be issued a refund for the most recently charged fees.

Our goal is to provide a reliable and high-quality service, but we cannot guarantee that technical issues or interruptions will not occur. If you encounter any technical problems, contact our support team for help, but we do not offer refunds solely because of technical disruptions.

Refunds are not available for changes of mind or dissatisfaction with the services provided.

To avoid being charged for the subsequent billing period, it is important to cancel your subscription before the renewal date for subscription-based Services. We doesn't offer refunds or prorated refunds for subscription fees once they're charged.

The subsequent/recurring payments can be stopped by cancelling your subscription from your billing page at any time.

If we initiate a refund for any reason, it will take around 5-10 working days to process the refund and credit it back to your payment source.
